This 0.4-mile section of Old Loomis Road, located between S. 76th Street and Hollow Lane, falls within both the City of Franklin and the Village of Greendale. The pavement was in poor condition and had a pavement rating of 20/100. Potholes were continuously patched, and the roadway continued to deteriorate. The project resulted in a mill and overlay paving process, which removed the top few inches of existing pavement and then adds new asphalt.

This section of road also serves as a segment of the Oak Leaf Trail.

Milling happened on Monday, September 25, 2023.

The overlay took place on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
